Recently bought the Seeker 14 for my sons Christmas. Build quality is superb. I had noticed some scratches on the framework which customer service delt with swiftly and efficiently. Cant wait for my son to use his new bike.

Fantastic service and a great product - we visited the workshop so our 4yo could have a test ride and fitting. Her previous bike was a heavier steel frame cycle which was a struggle for her to peddle, happy to report that the new bike from Early Rider has been a huge success. She was very quickly at ease using it as a balance bike and within a few weeks happily cycling unaided with pedals and loving it. We’ll be back for a larger cycle as she grows, glad we found this company!
In the 11th hour, we decided on the Seeker 14 for our 4-year-old. I'd left a comment with my order explaining our boy's birthday was coming up soon and would really appreciate a quick turnaround. Early Rider dispatched the order in hours!!! and it turned up the day after! The bike looks amazing and will hold its value. Super delighted with the product and the service. Will buy direct again!
Hello, I am sending you a new message for my problem. I ordered a wheel and did not receive it. Your answer of October 15 on trustpilot is false. You asked DHL to destroy the wheel. I paid you the wheel, and you refuse to reimburse me as your customer service had promised to do. Your attitude does not equate to a reliable company that delivers on its commitments. your attitude is dishonest. I regret that I bought an Earlyrider bike and thought you were able to provide spare parts. I will share on social media how you treat your customers

I ordered a wheel for my child's bike in August 2021. after paying and ordering this wheel, I learn from the carrier that I would be charged an additional customs fee (£ 30). Customer service tells me they didn't know and if I want I can cancel my order and they'll refund me. this is what I did, since then I did not have the wheel even though I paid and I still have not received the refund. I sent over 10 unanswered emails to get the refund. My son has not been able to use this bike for over 2 months. Thank you for respecting your commitments and solving my problem.
Ersatzteile viel zu teuer.
Delivery was on time and easy, bike super well packaged and so pristine when we opened it up. Pedals and bars go on very easily with provided tools and it all feels very high quality in terms of materials, components and build quality. Bought this for my sons third bday and he totally loves it! Still getting to grips with rising after just two outings, but confident this bike will serve him well. Very happy with the purchase.
