Writing does not stand out. Complained to company, no joy

Bought a chopping board. Lovely idea but the writing does not stand out as it does on the advert, especially the location and the date, its very small and has no colour. Told it depends on the wood they use, funny how the advert show up very clear.

Avoid! I ordered two items from this company using their (expensive) express delivery service as both items were needed by a certain timescale. I was assured by the company that both items would be sent out on their next day service. Indeed a parcel from them arrived the next day as promised but it only contained one of the items I had ordered, making it useless as the two items were intended to be gifted as a pair. Timescale for the gift was subsequently and embarrassingly missed. I was forced to find an alternative gift on the high street at the last minute. Very poor communication and didn’t satisfactorily resolve my complaint. This company don’t seem to ever reply to any messages after 3pm which is indicative of their lack of business acumen or professionalism. Would not recommend as they have proven themselves to be most unreliable. I feel very let down by this company.

They were super responsive and helpful when I contacted them for a custom order and the engraved planter I received was exactly what I envisioned. I needed the item in a hurry and upgraded to priority shipping, the team worked diligently to produce/ship my order and it arrived here in the US a mere 5 days after placing my order. Amazing! Highly recommend this shop!
