We had some minor issues with the box and Gemma helped me with two resolutions and speedy delivery. Can’t recommend enough wonderful thoughtful box and excellent service.

A fantastic company to deal with, this is our 2nd Christmas Eve Box, and it is such good quality, and so well made, the engraving adds such a personal touch, our grandchildren both have a lovely keepsake, I would definitely recommend the large size.

I ordered a keepsake box - which was a repeat of an order of one I had previously had and the quality and finish of the engraving (or even the box) was no where near the quality of the first. You could barley read some of the inscription and when I raised this- the suggestion was that perhaps some sawdust was caught in there and I should use a microfibre cloth to clean it!! Really dissatisfied with this product and would not recommend!

I did not get any help from your customer service department, they were really unhelpful - also the finished product was nothing like one I had seen from your company at another customer.

Delivery was extremely prompt. However, the product (set of chutneys) was much smaller than the image on the website suggested and poor value for money. It was purchased as a gift and I was embarrassed how small it was.

I got the delivery very late! It was supposed to be delivered within 3 days but took around 7-8 days

Great Service arrived earlier than expected in time for my son in laws 50th birthday. The Cheese Board is a super design and the engraving was done really well. I suppose the only thing is I would have preferred it a little larger. However it is probably my fault as I didn’t check the measurements !!! Great gift really good idea . Nothing was to much trouble for this company who double checked on my order when I thought I’d got it wrong. Thank you would definitely recommend it he company .
