I recently left a review about my disappointment with two lamps supplied by Dust and Things ( December 26). I would now like to add that the response I have received from the company has been courteous and professional , so while I would not recommend the lamps I would certainly recommend the company for any future purchase.

They provide excellent service, with personal touches. They only negative comment I would make is that they use the Royal Mail to deliver so as long as you don’t mind a terrible tracking system and all that RM means, they are (Dust and Things) a really great company.
Initial online order did not send all personalised info through so had a follow up email asking for this. Courteous response and product delivered in 3 days.
