My only real issue with DroneBase is that they want you to fly missions dressed like a pedestrian taking a walk. At our company, we have a dress code and uniform and it helps keep us looking professional and safe when working. When we get work from drone base they require you to have zero branding. Well, that is nearly impossible for the actual professional that has a work truck, uniform and a safety procedure to follow for all flight operations. Besides this, the system is very easy to use and the payments come very quickly if you turn in the work required. The rates are low but we don't mind this so much so long as the frequency is consistent enough. The other issue is the missions are first come first serve so it can be a hassle to see an offer only to find out it was grabbed an instant before you got the email. Do I recommend it, Absolutely, they are doing the hard part for you by connecting the client and the pilot. If they would make a few adjustments to some policies they would be perfect but for now, they are as close as can be.

The interaction with yalls Represeative was good. However the software Interface with the drone was poor. I had a very patchy connection between the drone and the fpv on my phone using your interface( choppy video feed / no video feed -especially at larger distance ) . I thought maybe it was interference in the area, however when I switch to the DJI app interface to test this theory I had excellent connection. Also I had an issue with the photos getting corrupted during upload. Eventually had to load to google drive and share. Look forward to the next mission

As a remote pilot, I really didn't think "Dronebase" would be all that beneficial to me. It seem to easy and to good to be true. I was wrong! I've been accepting jobs quite frequently, enough to support my family all the while doing what I love! Thanks Drone Base!!!

Good, organized experience. No issues. Extra money!

So far I’ve had a good experience but pay is quite low. If pay were better I would give 5 stars. I think they would do well to partner with certain pilots and pay them better rather than throwing missions out there for the cheapest price.

Took on a job that they couldn't accomplish, hence, didn't get the pictures I wanted and am now struggling to get any sort of refund.

Communication with DroneBase is excellent. Any questions or problems can be solved with a quick phone call. The scheduling and asset uploading are intuitive and work well.

I have truly enjoyed my experiences so far with Dronebase. They have given me the opportunity to come in from beginner level and learn the industry and actually make money with my drones! Thanks Dronebase! Jeremy Abilene, Tx

I’ve been flying with Dronebase for a little over a year now. Last year, I believe I only had 3, maybe 4 missions over the course of 4 months. This year, I’ve had about 20+ missions, but things have really started to slow down in the past couple of months. One annoying problem is that for many of these missions, there is no contact information given for the client. I need to twist their arm to get this information, and everytime I’m told that it will be provided next time, but it never is. The funny thing is that I’m usually dealing with the same people at Dronebase, but they always seem to forget that they said they’ll provide client contact information. What I really don’t like is that they keep pushing these Aeropoints ground control points (they’re $6,000 for 10, and 10 is the minimum you can purchase). I’ve barely made a 1/3 of their price working with Dronebase.

The Dronebase team is great at dispatching/scheduling jobs, providing support, and answering emails quickly and clearly The missions are well defined and the training is tailored to the mission types. I have been enjoying doing the commercial real-estate jobs and look forward to future mission types. More missions please. :D

Love the whole concept as a professional drone pilot. While I would like more drone jobs in my area, I like how everything is spelled out before mission is done

I would recommend this company to anyone. Although I would like to see more missions. They pay decently fast, and as long as you follow the instructions you are good to go.

Customer service is very good. The website could be easier to navigate, specifically when confirming the property and penciling.

The mission requirements are clear and easy to understand. If you have a question or concern with a mission Drone base is quick to respond to emails, and usually reply in minutes.
