My experience has always been outstanding.
I have flown several missions with drone base and never have any issues. If they say you must fly without 50% cloud cover please do so or you will have to do the shoot again.
I do recommend Dronebase to new commercial ops so as to get their feet wet and gain some experience with regard to aerial photography, shot setup etc.
They delivered as promised, offered great value and quickly produced the photos and videos.

Customer service is nice but I had to send out two pilots out for a shopping center and they sent me back photos with shadows. If you market yourself a CRE experts I expect my photos to be 100% fantastic and getting the job done the first time.

DroneBase is a good company, Communications are fairly quick in response. Some of the jobs are a bit on the low income side compared to what I make as a commercial drone pilot with my own business. I think they could come up on the rates and still make a decent profit for themselves and still have happy clients. Other than that I have no issue with them.
