heater still doesn't work , requested pictures of hook up ok sent them .then wanted pictures of the heater, Doheny's sold it needs to be replaced but as of now requesting a refund . Hayward Heater has not responded to phone calls .stated they didn't sale it. at the present time very disappointed with Doheny's

Price and convenience is great at Doheney’s, but I ordered $249 worth of shock on line. it was confirmed, but I never got a confirmation email or text so despite being told during the ordering process that it would arrive in 48 hours it did not arrive. I was able to call and get confirmation that they had my order, but this was a little disconcerting. It arrived 4 days after the order. The atmosphere in the customer service area when I called to confirm my order and delivery sounded very chaotic.

Ordered 4 items 5/31. 2 items arrived 6/1. One item was incorrect. Called customer assistance and spoke to someone on the other side of the globe. He insisted the correct item would arrive with the balance of my order. It did not. Called CA again and spoke with another woman across the globe. She said I had to send the incorrect item back before she could ship my missing item (that I already paid for. She finally relented, sent me a shipping tag and said she would ship my missing item. She did not . I waited until 6/7 and called CA again across the world. That guy promised I would get an email and tracking number in 2 hours. I did not. Called CA again on 6/8 and (not in US again). Asked to speak with a supervisor In US. Finally got a supervisor but still outside US. He finally promised to ship my missing item. It arrived here today 6/10. Would you continue to buy your pool stuff from DoHickey's if you went thru this? I won't. Can't even get somebody in the US!!!!!

I have done business with Doheny’s for 24 years. Always had nothing but good luck with their products. For the first time ever there was a mistake in my order. When I called them and told them about it there was no problem and the item that was left off the order was immediately shipped out. Easy to work with and always efficient.

Bad experience went threw a third party instead of company

I order from you on 5/31/2023. Said it would arrive on Monday 6/5/23. It is now sat 6/10/23 and still have not received order. Have tracking number and it says is wait to be shipped. I will not be ordering from here again. I have called the customer help line to even see why it has not been shipped the lady was no help and she told me it would be shipped and have by end of day tomorrow 6/6/23.

The sales rep I spoke to was very friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions directly. 3. The follow up. After placing the order, I received e-mails giving shipping information, billing, and contact info. 4. I am very satisfied with the service qnd prices from Doheny's. I will check with you for all my pool needs.I like Dohaney'
