Online shop is easy to navigate. Best prices without jeopardizing quality and excellent warranty coverage. Loved the design of our beaded liner and the easy to follow installation guidelines. Several other products at great price for pool maintenance. Only complaint was that package was damaged upon arrival but luckily the liner was not effected by it.

Delivery took waaay longer than promised.

Tried ordering 3 times every time it was canceled for some unknown reason each time. Customer service is unhelpful and you can not understand half of them. I went and bought the sand filter system from a local place and paid more, BUT it was worth not having to put up with this company.

Website was easy to use. Response was timely, product delivered on time as promised. Packaging was very good. Very pleased.

I ordered the wrong cover. Didn't realize it until it was out of the box. I needed to order a replacement, obviously, but these boneheads were more worried about explaining why I was not entitled to a refund because it was my own damn fault. I already knew that it was my fault. But instead of working with me to get a replacement quickly, they said I was not getting a refund on my purchase and never even addressed my biggest concern that I needed a replacement quickly. Last time I'll deal with this company that is more worried about a few dollars for a refund than my long term satisfaction as a customer.

Easy to shop website and fast delivery. Even with the delay it got to me faster than other places would have.

The shipping was unsatisfactory. I ordered a propane pool heater(pretty heavy). Shipping dropped it off at the foot of my 500 ft driveway. How am I to get this up the driveway? I paid 29.95 extra to have it “unloaded.” It sat in the driveway(24 hours) till i could get 2 men to come and haul it up to the house for me. Never had such poor service for something unpaid for. Called freight number… they said they are a “curbside” delivery service only. Very poor. Doheny’s customer service on waived my $29.95 fee for delivery. Very dissatisfied.

As of today Sunday the 11 of June I have still not received my shipment. I have called and also sent a email and have not received any reply to either also nothing from fed ex. Some helpful information would be appreciated. John Marr

Fast Delivery and good Product

Tried to buy a complete filter system 5 times rejected by YOUR system saying my card was corrupted. I called the bank three times to check and no problem on their end and released the $ to you. Even tried another credit card, didn't work. Couldn't buy anything from you. Bought locally without an issue. All of this calling Doheny's and the bank caused me allot of unnecessary time and anxiety. Highly recommend you look at your system it's costing you money and customers.
