Great product /service & price
The clarity of images on my old CCTV system was poor especially at night. I decided to upgrade to HD. A vast improvement, I picked 4 cameras and a Recorder from their office during this Covid business. Luckily, I managed without needing to call for help, a bit of computer experience does help. I can even watch on my phone. It uses a program called EZStation instead using a browser. Another nice feature is that the manual is in proper English not Chinglish, although I probably didn't need to print it out.

I called DDS for a new hard drive for cctv , if iam honest i havnt a clue what to order but the lovely young lady on sales asked her tech dept what i would need for a 4 camera set up , having explained to her that iam not great with tech stuff we agreed on a machine , it arrived within 36 hours aswell , i must say her advise was brilliant i have managed to get app on my phone aswell , fantastic service from a great company , Many thanks to DDS

We were having signal issues with my TV as I was using an indoor aerial. Rob came to fit an extension socket in the bedroom. He ran it through the loft to the outside and into my room. He did a fantastic job. We are very pleased. Rob was nice and polite, very professional and didn't take long to complete. He cleaned up after himself too. Signal is brilliant now, it has solved the problem we were having. Would highly recommend this company.

I was so glad I found this Company, the advice I received (from Sam) was excellent, and the kit I ordered was exactly what I needed. It was relatively simple to install, and its been up an running for a coupe of weeks now and I'm very pleased with the results.
The DDS website offers (possibly too) many options for systems and cameras, but navigating the site was probably the most complex part of installing my new home CCTV. A phone call to the company was answered straight away by Emma, who understood my needs, talked me through the options and the setup was planned A call back from Sam finalised then order and the system arrived a couple of days later. All plug and play, the system worked straight from the box. Cabling around the house was a little fiddly, but finishing the RJ45 cable ends was surprising easy using the crimping tool purchased with the kit. Final setup of the whole system was overseen by Edward on a remote dial-in to my laptop. Overall, a great service all round.
Bought a great system and it was so easy to set up for home installation. Any problems and support are just a phone call away!
