Very helpful with enquiry, I purchased 2 cameras that afternoon and within 18hrs they were delivered, but due to weather haven't managed to install however have no doubt they are perfect

Excellent helpful advice on the phone, talked me through finding the problem, ordered replacement part which was shipped within 2 hours, fitted next day, and back up running by 11 am. That is how you do customer service, they should give lessons to other companies. First rate.
The service I received from DDS was excellent. I researched the system I thought was appropriate but had a number of questions I wanted answering before purchasing. Sam could not have been more helpful and I placed the order over the phone. The system arrived within within 2 days as promised as I had missed the next day delivery cut-off time. The equipment is very high quality and relatively easy to install and comes with easy to follow instructions. The fact sheets and manuals from the DDS web site are also very useful and informative. I did have a couple of questions on the equipment when it arrived so I spoke to Sam who again couldn't have been more helpful. I would thoroughly recommend DDS for both the equipment and service.

I bought these cameras from DDS to replace the cheaper Chinese ones I got from Ebay 4 months ago, I could no longer stand the poor quality images of unrecognisable people that come to my house and now I don’t have to, what a difference.
I had a camera go faulty, called at their Huntingdon office/store got a replacement camera and good advice about their products . Fitted the new camera now all working again. Would recommend them for being honest and helpful.
