When our surveillance DVR packed up, I found the DDS website, and then spoke to them on the phone for some more guidance. They were really helpful, and patient - our system was 11 years old, and things have changed a lot! We were able to keep a brand new hard drive that we had bought for the old machine, as we could buy a new one without a drive, and we ended up with a hybrid machine for ip cameras as well as our BNC-connected analogue originals. Speaking to the DDS technical team, once we had the new kit, I was fitted the hard drive myself, added ip cameras, and then got everything live streaming onto my phone. I am really pleased with both the equipment and the help that I have had, and I would recommend DDS to everyone.

If you're not a security system professional and need some genuine guidance and support in selecting a CCTV system for your home or business then I would fully recommend using DDS. During my search for such a system they were without doubt the most helpful,informative and knowledgeable of all the suppliers that I approached. Response times from the initial inquiry through to the supply of the equipment and provision of installation technical support were excellent. The DDS recommended solution was easy to install, value for money and best of all it actually works, love it ! Many thanks to Nicola and Edward for their advice and support.
