What a refreshing change to deal with a company that you can phone up and speak to a person who is very informative and who supply excellent products. I fitted one of the basic four CCTV camera systems without any problems and I had every confidence that if I had a issue I could phone DDS and they would help. This company has excellence in service and assistance, I cannot say anything but praise, having a faulty nvr that could not be repaired remotely they replaced it without quibble, then followed up with a telephone call to set the new nvr, and also walked me through the setup to receive the pictures and remote features on my mobile.

Great pre-sales advice, told me exactly the kit I needed (thank you, Sam) and after-sales support to get me connected to the internet (thank you, Matt). The installation and operating instructions supplied could be more detailed and model-specific for novices like me, but it's all available on the Internet. A quick tip for those like me who need to clip the 'shotgun' cable to brick and don't want to use the standard nail clips for fear of damaging the brick face: if you cut a CC6 SWA cable cleat in half, you have two perfect screw-in clips exactly the right size!
