This would have been 5stars but at the time of collecting my purchase I was informed that one of the items were out of stock and had been for a while. They apologised and offered an alternative. As I was on my way to install it I accepted. Hopefully this was a one off as normally they are quite efficient.
DDS provide sound advice, and quality equipment. I am writing this review after my DVR developed a problem after 18 months of continuous use, and pleased to say their returns and repair was carried out in a friendly and efficient way and we were up and running again with a minimum of delay.
