Visited Cyrus Rugs Bundaberg for first time today. Darren was on duty and helped me out by firstly letting me wander in peace, and then when I had selected a couple of rugs I liked, was happy to get them down and lay them side by side so I could view properly. Also explained the differences in material so I could make an informed decision. Purchased a Scandi wool blend rug which I have just put in my living room and it is perfect! Thanks Darren A+

We were guaranteed when purchasing the bunny rug it wouldn't shed spent $787 hasn't even been 1 year and it sheds so badly I have to vacuum everyday it's all over our clothes it's everywhere and the company aren't doing anything about it. Do not buy from these rip off's that don't sell quality rugs! If I could attach pictures I would. To your response you didn't even want to check the state the rug is in and inspect it there has been NO SPILLS, NEVER SSCRUBBED CLEAN, WE DO NOT HAVE ANY PETS, WE DO NOT WEAR SHOES INSIDE OUR HOUSE. The rug has been looked after and my comments still stand YOU DO NOT SELL QUALITY RUGS BECAUSE IF YOU DID WE WOULD OF BEEN ABLE TO HAVE THIS RUG FOR A LONGER PERIOD OF TIME WITHOUT IT FALLING APART. DISGUSTING SERVICE AND POOR QUALITY.

The sales assistance was very helpful and not pushy. He showed us other rugs of the same size that we were looking at that were located elsewhere in the store. Very happy with our purchase. We will be back.

So I purchased a rug and had a little discussion with the seller before my purchase and had ascertained the information i needed to hear: that if the rug wasn’t suitable I can bring it back- BUT in the fine print- these guys wont refund your purchase- only exchange and they really talk you into buying- so just to be clear, the manager was really narcissistic & smug when I questioned him about it.. not a nice experience for me.

Employee (idalia) was condescending and ignorant with her service when returning items. The assistant took half an hour to calculate a refund of money as she found difficult to calculate and would not take my suggestion on board nor listen to my solution. Ieft the store in a disatissfied manner. In contrast I have found the Domain store to be very accommodating and friendly and in particular my dealings with Amiee.

Great customer service in the shop but they could of emailed me as well as text when the rug was in store. I could of given the wrong number accidently but the email was correct.
