I was looking at this rug for about a month . I was in the shop about 3 times Monique was so helpful and obliging . She brought the carpet out each time . While I measured looked and took a photo . She was very patient and helpful .

We love our new Cyrus rug! When we visited the store they did not have the right size for the rug we wanted in stock, but the friendly staff went out of their way to search all sites until they found one, and kept us informed at every stage of the search. We were happy to wait for the week or two for it to be redirected from regional Queensland as it was exactly what we wanted. It has made a huge difference in our main living area and created a safe soft surface for our grand children to play on. Thank you Cyrus Rugs!

In looking for a new floor rug, went to Cyrus Rugs Burpengary and we’re helped by Deidre. She was knowledgeable, informative, helpful and very bright and bubbly. She planned a process we could use when we could not choose between two rugs. Could not have asked for better service. Loved the first rug we took home and it is now in place and looks wonderful. We bought our rug at the Bundaberg shop and I’m so glad we walked in there today! Darin and his staff were very friendly and helpful and spent as long as was needed for me to make up my mind. There was a really good selection of choices and I was very happy with my purchase, which was a blue patchwork from the Turkish Rug collection….it looks great in our family room between the two black leather couches and gives a lovely splash of colour to the room. Good price too.
I visited the Bundaberg store today and had the best experience with Darin. Not only was he knowledgeable and personable he made buying a new rug hassle free and totally put my mind at ease that I had selected the perfect rug for my area. 100% recommend dropping in and getting Darin to help you select your new rug.

The staff at the Townsville store were both helpful and friendly. We are very happy with the two large persian rugs we purchased. Time will tell if they are good quality, but we were happy with the price.
