The sales staff member was very helpful. I'd looked online but so pleased I went in-store. Very knowledgeable on the range of rugs and got what suited my style, needs and budget.

Loved the way everything was laid out so that we could see all the different designs - very attractive and inviting. We are very happy with the colours and design of the rug we purchased, but the choice was difficult because if I'd had enough money I would have been tempted to buy a whole lot more! Great customer service. It was raining hard, so the sales lady put our purchase aside for us to come back and collect later. Altogether a pleasant experience. Thank you.

Good range of rugs, maybe too many but what the hell. Assistant was VERY helpful and provided good advice. Had to exchange one rug due to lousy colour choice but no issues and done with a smile.

Great rug so far but the salesperson was incorrect when she said I could clean it a certain way. I got home and read the label closer and found out it can only be professionally cleaned. Which I don’t consider as low maintenance. Otherwise good.

I have been forced to take Cyrus Rugs to court as they sold me a faulty rug, then took the rug back but to date have still not returned my money. They also refused to show me the returned rug when I returned to the store and refused to return my money. So I have no rug and am down $850 as well. - The reply by the company is completely incorrect as I did return to the store and they refused a replacement, they refused my original rug and they refused a refund. It is a true reflection of this company that I have to start proceedings with QCAT to be regain illegally withheld funds.
