I visited your townsville store at domain on tuesday with no idea what kind of rug i wanted to buy your 2 female staff members were amazing they went through almost all of the rugs and back and forth a few time’s to the same rug as i was that annoying customer that had no idea what i liked 🤣🤦‍♀️ nothing was a problem for them and they were willing to help me and make sure i was happy with my rug they even went through with what theme i had going and suggested a few different designs of rugs to match the look i wanted they went above and beyond i will definitely be back.

Your Cairns staff are great. We enjoyed our visit to your store and was very happy with the assistance of your 2 female staff members. They searched for a runner that was out of stock and it was available within a couple of days. We love our floor rugs and runners. We will be back thats for sure. The quality of your rugs is great.

Staff gave us plenty of time to go through the rugs and options. Had extensive knowledge in different qualities and materials. Loved the 7 day swap availability.

Sales assistant was extremely helpful and backed up suggestions with photos so we could compare. Discount was also much appreciated.

Very impressed with the range of rugs and helpful service at Cyrus Rugs. We were very particular with the size and style of the rug we wanted and they went through every rug in the store to find one. We got a beautiful quality with the colours and pattern that complemented our home and taste. Highly recommend!!

I have been to Cyrus carpets before. The lady there is and was very helpful. She pulled out different carpets for me to see and tried to find what i was looking for. The prices and quality of carpets is great. Linda

Love the rug and delivery was prompt

Poor products and poor service - a company whom do not value customers. Their service pushes people to exchange money for an order that takes forever with mistakes, unclean products or faulty products. All without advising they have a no refund policy for 'all reasons' despite Australian Consumer Law. Highly hostile on the return of the product, attempting at all times to force acceptance of credit to purchase another poor more expensive product. Recommend not purchasing from this company and if you have been unlucky to, take photos and, quickly move on with your complaint to the ACCC. The response provided by the company post this review (now removed) is not consistent with my experience or events, therefore reinforcing the advice. On an interesting note, 5 positive reviews were added after this account was created (not by the business owner). Therefore very likely to be false reviews and uploaded themselves. The service was the opposite of all the reviews below.
