Best service ever. Bought my rug and had wanted another one in same style but smaller. The warehouse went above and beyond and sourced this for me and contacted me by phone. Not only that the delivery was within 3 days. You guys are brilliant 🙂

Went in to buy a replacement runner for the end of my staircase. The salesman was very helpful to show me the range he had in stock ( varying prices). I appreciated the ability to exchange it within the week if the colours weren’t suitable. That gets a big tick of approval for me✔️

What a great carpet and such a smooth ordering and delivery service. I highly recommend this company. The store was Burpengary & both visits I came across very friendly & helpful staff & the fact that you can exchange in 7 days was a big decision winner. I didn’t need to swap it though as I was very happy with my rug but peace of mind always makes buying something much easier to do.

Overpriced. Be very careful when you choose rugs with them as they have a very strict policy. No refunds if the rug doest suit the house. Unfortunately I bought 2 rugs and I am stuck with them. I won't be coming back. Sorry.

Cyrus Rugs Tingalpa: I found a wonderful rug store today, which drew me in to beautifully set out displays of their Genuine Exotic Rugs (as well as a range of practical work area floor mats etc) Nalin was very helpful with some detailed information regarding hand knotted rugs and woven silk features. In my hesitancy to leave - along with interesting decorative supports, I found a stunning Indian hand made scarf - which I couldn't leave without. It transports me to India every time I look at it. Cyrus Rugs is now on my "look-see visit list". Thank you Nalin.

Although they are up front about no refunds exchanging is not made easy. When our rug didn’t suit we found 3 alternatives on their website but were told two were discontinued and the other was online purchase only however you can’t use your store credit to purchase online. Will not deal with them again due to the restrictive returns policy.
