I ordered my rug online on Tuesday afternoon and it was delivered on Friday morning. Fantastic service, love my rug

I ordered rugs online. I received an email the next day saying that 2 of the rugs were not available even though they were available online. So I changed my order. I received another email saying that the 2 new rugs I had chosen were different from the photo on the webpage - it had not been updated. So they sent me a photo of the actual rugs. I said OK I would have them. Then they came back and said they hadn't realised that these rugs were more expensive than my original rugs - $130 more. I then had to go back online and find 2 more for the same price. A bit of a nightmare considering all rugs were advertised as being available.

Perfect product, but we really only wanted 1although that only came to $39.00 and that was less than the required minimum $50.00 even though the cost of shipping was another $39.00. So we ordered 2 which came to $117.00.

Visited the Cairns store today and was greeted by a lovely lady who was very helpful. Large range of rugs and competitive prices. Now proud owners of new dining table area rug.

Nalin was very helpful,I had a video of where I wanted to place two rugs and he showed me Modern and Persian rugs.He recommended the Persians.They look great in my home and I am very satisfied with his service.

Really like the hall rug. Colour was a bit darker than online picture. Not sitting properly, has small ridges in middle that I can get rid of. Drives me crazy! Doesn’t seem to be cut exactly straight.

Mark was incredible; enthusiastic, helpful, patient, knowledgeable, engaging and makes you feel like a friend. An absolute asset! The most personable retail service I have experienced in 2 years in Australia. We have found a number of perfect rugs because of Mark. Look forward to needing to buy more rugs just to experience this mans energy and expertise.

Extensive range of rugs in various sizes. Customer service was excellent and I am extremely pleased with my purchase.

I gave one star because when I came to the counter for check out the price of the rug lady told us $399 but when she log on computer the price reduced to $379 and minus 5% discount it was come down to $360 but she charged me $379 then I told her why you charging me $20 more and she just argue that computer is wrong but anyway I paid $379 and got the rug but I am not happy with that thanks

We just purchased our 3rd rug from your Tingalpa Store in Queensland. We are so happy with the service and the rugs and wish we had more rooms to buy more rugs. Absolutely wonderful experience. You should make Cyrus Rugs Tingalpa your first shop. It's a big spacious store with rugs well presented.
