Excellent service

Purchased a smaller bedside rug from the Sunshine Coast Store. The Gentleman who served me was very nice and helpful attending to several customers on his own at one time . All the rugs were displayed neatly and easy to view. Will return again when ready to purchase a much larger rug for our living room.

We recently purchased our rug at the Cairns Store. We are very happy with it and found the salesman really helpful.

The sales gentleman was very helpful and I came away with 2 rugs when I wasn’t even shopping for a rug.

Very disappointed. Took a smaller rug back to exchange for a larger size. Had to drive 100klms each way to pick up from another store. When we got the rug home it had pulls and marks all over it. Returned it to a closer store to find this was the only rug in that size left in Australia and could only get a credit, refusing to refund $950. Spoke to the head office manager who assured us of finding a replacement. 3 weeks later we contacted again and miraculously they got same rug sent to them from Cairns. We picked this up and when we got it home found it to be duller than original 2 rugs and was wondering if we got faulty rug back but had been cleaned. Don't purchase from this company, they are dishonest and refuse a refund if can not supply.

The young man was beyond helpful. 3 times lugged rugs 2 at a time in the rain out to my car and then in again each time I came back. Just the best service. Didn't get his name but he went above and beyond!

I was very pleased with customer service but the rules they have like once you bought the rugs no refunds on change of mind which is not fair . I bought recently few rugs and then we decided to move state so I requested a refund and they said no . The rugs even didn’t left the store .

Staff member we dealt with at Browns Plains was very friendly and helpful in the selection of our rug. She pointed out the differences and advantages of different rugs in different settings. Accommodating with our price range as well.

Hi, happy with the rug i bought, the size and feel of the rug, however the colour was not like what was on show, the pink fur rug was a more mauve pink and the rug i was given (rolled up and in plastic) was a real pink pink, i didnt notice until i got it home, unwrapped it and rolled it out, i have put it back and may return it or give it away, unsure yet, other than the colour service was exceptional friendly and helpful.
