December 5 I placed an order by phone and received a confirmation email. December 6 received email advising shipment delay, and I faxed them the church’s tax form. December 7 I received confirmation of receipt of tax info. I continued to receive shipping date information up until our order arrived. The correct product undamaged. I phoned the company to thank them.
