The items purchased were beautiful, of great quality and came faster than expected. We did have one question about the items and called customer service. They didn’t sound very convincing with their answers, but it has been resolved.

Was looking for a bulletin that would go in line with what our seniors chose for their graduation verse. There was the perfect bulletin available, and it even had the bible verse!
I had to make a couple changes to my original banner order and Customer Service staff was very helpful and courteous in making the needed changes.

I ordered some more communion cups and they sent them out. Ordering was easy. They said it was going to take a little longer to get my order but they came early. I was happy.
I ordered some communion cups for a special service and have NOT received them yet. I did get two emails - one saying they had been shipped and then another email saying it was a mistake.

I still have not gotten my order yet and I placed it on February 22nd. It is now March 7th. First I received an email stating it was shipped then I got another email stating that email was sent in error. Sounds a little incompetent to me.

We had to borrow communion cups for the 1st Sunday.
We ordered the end of January and received the day after we had planned on celebrating the Lord's Supper (on March 5), so we had to reschedule. We have 1,000 people we plan on serving each time. Hopefully, the cups we ordered to use the week of April 2 will arrive before April 2.
Delivery time was changed AFTER I ordered. Didn’t get it by the promised date. Still haven’t received the order.
It's hard to say. We are still waiting for our order to arrive.
I put in my order on the 21st and when I checked its status on Monday of this week almost two weeks later, it was still pending on fulfillment. The biggest issue we seem to have with our orders it the time it takes to fill them. I know the company is working as hard as it can and we are understanding of that.
