order was charged but filling in not very dependable and takes too long getting shipped
I still have not gotten this latest order that I ordered a month ago. Up until this point, I have never had an issue. So my experience was positive until now. I know the communion cups are in high demand, so hopefully this won't be a recurring issue, especially now that I signed up for the auto ship service.
There was a delay in my shipment of communion supplies, but Rochelle worked diligently to make sure I had a suitable substitute in time for our Sunday service and she covered the expedited shipping. It is nice to find a company with great customer service!
