I received the product in a timely manner
One of the candles I had ordered arrived with a large chip in the purple wax. (I had ordered a set of 4.) When I called asking for a replacement candle I was sent an entire new set of 4! Everyone that I spoke with was very helpful, cheerful and efficient (the new set came within a few days). Keep up the good work!

First of all, the quality of the product. It looks and feels better than I imaged. I took it to be engraved with my pastors name, which added more beauty to the case. Second, the item shipped within hours of ordering and I received it on the day promised. I obsoletely love it and when I present it to my pastor on his birthday this Sunday (2/19), I know he is going to be extremely excited. Order arrived as expected but took much longer than previous orders. Out of an order of 200 only eight (8) unusable. Will continue to order from Concordia, the Chalice pre-filled communion cups.
