I didn't speak to a person but at least I found on your website the battery-operated candles for our National Crime Victims Candlelight Vigil on the National Mall in DC on April 26. I used the manufacturer last year but they were sold out and Concordia only had them in stock - so I was happy about that. Delivery was on time and they matched the ones I purchased last year.
Gluten-free communion bread. The items I purchased were okay. It was nice that there was a sealable bag to put the wafers in after opening the original shipping bag - something that sets this shipment apart from other manufacturers.

Unfortunately, I had to return an item as it was not what I needed for my clergy role. Initially, I was told the item was not eligible for refund though I attempted to return it within the posted 30-day timeframe. After a few email exchanges, I was given permission to return the item for a refund and eventually received it.
