Had a coupon and used Concordia to check out a VBS kit because "free returns" were advertised. Product came super quick. When I am thinking about returning the kit in exchange for a different kit, discovered that we must pay shipping so it isn't a true free return.

I received my order promptly, but immediately I knew there was a BIG mistake. Instead of getting a box of wicks I received a case of boxes of wicks. I called customer service, spoke to Nicholas who emailed a return order and a UPS label. The next day the case minus one box was on its way back. Great customer service. I hope no one got in trouble for the error.

This time around our order got stuck somewhere on the website. When I noticed it hadn't arrived I check the site and found a notice that it was pending. When I put a chat up before Concordia's business hours, the reply I received said they were checking on the order. They did better than check! The order moved from pending to shipped and arrived a couple of days later. It's always a good experience with Concordia.
