I ordered communion supplies on February 7 hoping I would receive them in time for the first Sunday in March. I ordered earlier this time because I received February's supplies after the first Sunday also. When I called to inquire about the delay I was told that they do not mail the order until the 4th week after the order was made. What sense does that make? This is the second time that I had to go out and purchase other communion supplies. When I asked if I could change my order because I made a mistake and ordered the bread & juice instead of the wafer, I was told that it was too late. It was too late eventhough the order was not processed yet. I am truly disappointed with your company and I am searching for another company to purchase communion supplies. If you can't get the supplies to me by the first Sunday of each month when it's needed; then what's the point?

The customer service person was very polite. She was also very helpful with taking my order. I received my order as expected in a speedy time span. The merchandise came in great quality and very good condition. I have always been well pleased with their service and billing process.

With our most recent order of banners, stands and bulletins, we are pleased. The employees are very kind and patient over the phone and responsive. 2 Suggestions: The description of the Bulletin material being card stock is not a good description. They are truly the weight of normal paper. Much thinner than expected. And it would be nice to have option of printing your Church info on the back of Bulletin. We will definitely be using Concordia Supply again.

Beautiful banner, prompt delivery.

One of the bottles I purchased (item 081407014173) was cracked an unusable. When I went to request a replacement the website said that this item was no longer eligible for a return even though I had just received it. I ordered it on 02/26/2023 and received it 03/02/2023. I attempted the return on 03/06/2023.

I received my order in a timely manner. Every item that was ordered was shipped. I am so glad that I can get supplies that my church needs. I received my in less than a week time.
