I placed a order for communion cups the first week of December. We did not receive the cups until after the first week of January. This seemed like a very long delay and problem when we thought we had ordered with ample time for cups to arrive before January 1 communion.

I liked getting the regular cups as well as the chalets to see which I preferred. They both are convenient but I think my preference are the chalets.

I ordered this in November. My credit card was charged immediately. It was over a month before the item was shipped. With other companies my credit card is not charged until item is shipped. I went back in and checked my account. The earlier charge was removed.
They delivered the communion supplies right when they said they would. Everything was exactly how it was supposed to!!! Will definitely use this company in the future
The product was shipped and recieved as expected. I was kept informed in the process.
The order was not delivered as promised. It arrived later than promised, after I paid an additional $18 to get it within three days. I was given a refund of the extra shipping charges when I sent a response to Concordia when I tried to track the shipment. It was ordered on a Tuesday and should have arrived by Friday at the latest. Tracking information showed it still had not been shipped on Saturday.
Always easy to place an order and most are delivered the next day. The delivery-person is the best! He always puts the cartons where it's easy for me to unpack. What a pleasure having a friendly delivery person. Always has a smile on his face no matter what the weather is.
