Concordia Supply is one of the easiest and nicest companies I have ever had to deal with. When trying to place an order, there was something I didn't understand about our tax exemption, and a simple phone call resolved the issue. My order was placed without delay. Their tracking is the easiest I have ever used - it's all on the email; there's no need to access several sites to find out where your package is. The information is right in front of you.

You say there is free shipping over $49. I purchased an item for $52 and was charged $19 in shipping. The item would have fit in a usps flat rate box that only costs $17.

We realized on December 14 that we needed more candles for our Christmas Eve service. I called to order 2000 candles for delivery before December 22 and they arrived on the 19th! Our CS rep was delightful, helpful and got our product delivered on time!
