Ordered past the next day delivery time stated and promptly received a despatch notice that evening and they product arrived the next day. Epic service and will 100% be using again in the future.

I bought one of their motherboards, but unfortunately it wasn't compatible with my CPU so I had to cancel the order. I emailed customer service (Reece was my server) and they quickly got back to me and immediately refunded the money. I want to leave a positive review for such a positive experience. Thank you Orbit!

I am always skeptical buying from less familiar places. But if I have to I would first do the research about the company, customer service, any user reviews. This time I completely forgot. I was browsing on the website, found the item I liked and started a webchat with their customer service. They were very professional, friendly and even tried to offer me cheaper options. I purchased my item with a free delivery that should take around 3 days. However, they were so kind to send it via next day delivery so I literally received my item the following day. I cannot express how happy I am with the service and will definitely come back for more. Highly recommended!
Despite some trouble with taking payment and having to return a defective product, customer support was prompt at all times and resolved matters quickly. I ended up with a working monitor at a good price, support was exceptional, can only recommend.

What a lovely company!! I ordered a custom keyboard off their site, and it arrived on time, in good condition and with a pack of Haribo. As a poor Uni student, interrupting dinner for this package meant a great time playing DOOM after and dessert! Would 100% recommend for keyboards

Good all-round service. I ordered an in-stock PC part on a Sunday for next day delivery before the 2pm cut off time. The item delivery updates did not update so I contacted Computer Orbit on Monday morning. As the item was now listed as out of stock, I was concerned that the item might not be on its way and as a first-time customer I was unsure about delivery reliability. I contacted Computer Orbit support and was assured the item was on its way and would be with me on Tuesday via DPD with a timed delivery slot. The item was delivered, and all was well. 4 stars for slight delay in delivery but otherwise good and I may well buy from you again.
I was sent a faulty keyboard where the R and Space key would not respond half the time. I sent it back and purchased a new keyboard straight away to replace it, but they sadi they will nto refund me the full amount because when they tested it, it worked for them... Kind of a shame, if they think im lying about it, otherwise I woudlnt have purchased a new one straight away. Only good thing about them was their fast delivery, sadge...:(
Absolutely fantastic customer service. I bought a CPU cooler and a separate LGA1700 bracket (as I wasn't sure if it was included with the cooler). Computer Orbit rang me the same day to verify I still wanted the extra bracket as it was already included with the cooler. They refunded the extra bracket for me and I received the cooler the next day (a Saturday). I don't live far from this store and didn't know about it until this purchase, but will absolutely visit it and buy from them from now on.
