Great service! Ordered a keyboard and 2 minutes later had a call to tell me that the plastic wrap on the box had been removed, but the box/product was unopened/unused, and if I wanted to proceed with the order. Really appreciate that they called to check and so quickly. Received the order the next day and it's all good! Also got some Haribo in the bag which was a nice surprise. Really happy and would order from here again.

Ordered the wrong thing. Customer support tried to get me what I needed from their supplier, when the supplier couldn't help, they cancelled my order.
case is great. massive. came with plenty of velcro thingys. everything comes apart. definitely a great decision. but the panel that covers the cable organiser hole caused one of my pins to snap off since the usb3.0 cable had to be at a weird angle. mostly my fault, but still a shame

This is probably an isolated event, but my motherboard box arrived with the product box damaged whilst the external shipping box remained undamaged, meaning the box was damaged before it was shipped. The I/O shield is bent and one of the screw standoffs for the m.2 shields is completely loose and free from the motherboard. Edit: They reached out to me to make sure the issue was okay and were extremely helpful, I also bought a product from them the same day which arrived in perfect condition, would happily recommend.

I've been struggling to find any decent stockists of mechanical keyboards in the UK - lots only have Corsair, ASUS, etc or they're permanently out of stock. Orbit's custom configurator is great, has a giant selection of boards/keycaps/switches/accessories and next-day shipping. I'll definitely be coming back in the future.
I ordered on a Saturday, and the parcel was dispatched Monday morning. I got updates on every step of the transaction and shipping, and received the delivery within the alloted window on Tuesday. The merch was exactly as advertised and in ideal condition (great product, by the way). Orbit deserved the five stars, I'd give them six if I could.
Delivered very fast. Wasn't expecting it until a few days later but it came early. Excellent customer service and great prices, highly recommend. They take care of your order and care about their customers.
The site has DPD next day delivery on the website, I paid for the order and it charged me £6 for delivery of a small item. It still hadn’t arrived two days later I contacted CS and they said next day was £9! £6 is for 3..6 days delivery. I now have an annoyed customer whose PC is going to be 4 days late because it’s a weekend. Stick with Amazon, EBuyer or Scan. After doing some testing it appears that the option to choose delivery method appears but NOT if you select Apple Pay express checkout. That needs fixing and was the cause of all this hassle. I did eventually receive the item and they have at least replied to this and the original enquiry so they have good CS.

I have used Computer Orbit for all of my various PC needs. I have always had a very quick, professional and reasonably priced experience.
Went in to grab a 3070 after a friend suggested I upgrade.Staff were lovely to talk to and calling up was no bother. Very knowledgeable folks who care about getting things right across the board - can highly reccomend to anyone who wants quality products and quality treatment.
Bought a GPU, a custom keyboard, and a monitor: all are great, without even a hint of an issue with them. The staff are very friendly and helpful and they also know what they are talking about when it comes to PCs unlike some other computer shops I've been to. Highly recommend this shop.
