Everything arrived on time but building service doesn’t exist. Thats the only drawback.

I got Computer Orbit to build me a custom keyboard and they were fantastic in giving recommendations on which parts to go for to suit my preference of sound and feel. The team are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the specific parts that work well with different keyboard components. The build process and delivery was extremely quick in which they gave regular updates on where they were at. I was so pleased with the keyboard I have received and It has over met all my expectations. Overall a fantastic experience and will be purchasing from here in the future.
Very happy with the build. I think keys could’ve been slightly more lubed but that’s just personal preference.
Easy to use but would appreciate if they fixed the promo code ,I had a code for free delivery but when I went to checkout is was the total including the shipping and it said in the details for shipping that it was free and it was only £6 so I didn’t mind paying it but if it’s free than it’s free but when I went to pay it said total has changed so cannot confirm purchase so I had to restart and delete the promo code and do it again
I ordered my first mechanical keyboard from them the Keychron K4 v2 and their price was excellent and the customer service was very responsive to my question and I was surprised with the fast delivery and the Jelly candy in the package. I will consider dealing with you again for the switches.
Received my first mech board which I had the pleasure of speaking with Ollie over email who answered a few of my questions I had. All well there - but the 5 stars goes to all the smaller parts which made it an excellent service. After I had placed my order, I had an email asking whether I wanted to tape the back board as per my discussions with Ollie! Shows they really care about their customer service, I was so surprised by the small gesture - goes a long way. I received the board and it is a DREAM! I also got a pack of Haribo with my board too - again lovely touch. Highly recommend this company - loving my Keychron Q2!

Purchased my second keyboard from Orbit, first one through Amazon, second direct from Orbit's site, both purchasing experiences were good, good value and delivery. First keyboard; Keychron K8 87 Keys ISO-UK-Layout RGB LED Backlit Gateron Red Switch Second keyboard; Ducky One 3 Daybreak full size RGB UK layout with Cherry red switches. Very pleased with both, the Ducky had a couple of quality control issues (nothing to do with Orbit), it is still a nice keyboard despite that. Personal preference. Gateron red over the Cherry red.
The item was as expected high quality and came pretty fast i would 100% recommend them to people and will be giving them custom again.
