I have shopped with this company for around 2 years and spent a considerable amount of money with them and to be fair ive had a reasonable experiance the staff are quite good but what i have had issues with is the manager especially with my latest purchase. On a couple of occasions whilst in store i have asked if there is any movement on price on certain items as they wernt quite what i wanted or were slightly cheaper elsewhere and recived a fairly stroppy attitude and a basic take or leave it attitude which is not a good attitude as it costs nothing and hurts nothing to try and save a little money. Back to my last purchase power supply. Now i live an hour away from the store but even so its not too bad when i need something quickly, i checked the price and stock before i left home, When i arrived at the shop i asked for the power supply i wanted and was told that they had no stock and were waiting for the stock arriving in the next few hours, I explained that i had travelled an hour and the website said that the item was in stock and whaty was i supposed to do hang around for 2 or 3 hours on the off chance they turned up, At this point the assistant went in the back office and low and behold appeared with the power supply i wanted saying that they did have the stock put away and that is why they were on stock. so they were prepared to let me wait for hours when they actually did have stock ! Anyway i said i would take it but when they put it through the till it had increased in price by £20 which obviously i questioned as when i set off the price was £20 cheaper they said that the price had increaed for the newer psu's they were expecting. I explained that the PSU that they were selling me was not 1 of the new PSU's and the price had change within the time of me getting to the shop, I asked if they could do anything with the price considering the circumstances the guy to his credit went and asked the manager which is when he flew out of his office with a very aggressive attitude stating that the price is the price so take it or leave it, I tried to discuss the situation but i just got a load of attitude. I needed the PSU so i still bought it at the inflated price and on leaving i said to the manager that in future i will shop elsewhere to which his response was fine im not bothered, I replyed so your not bothered about loosing customers who spend a decent amount of money with you and his reply to this was simply he wasnt bothered. Im guessing the guy takes offence to being asked for discount but i ask you this does he or his buyers for his buisness never try and get the best deal that they can or the best prices or a bit of a discount so why such an attitude. I think he needs to grow up stop acting like a child and leave the attitude and temper at home. further to my first review your reply is nothing more than i expected, and to be fair you do contridict yourself a number of times within your review and it does definatly come across as a tad agressive which is most definatly my experiance of you in person. My review is truththful and honest which is why I think you have replied in the manner you have. But you can rest assured i will never set foot through your doors again and i would advise anybody else to do the same there are better companies out there and the only reason i used this company in the first place was for conviniance when i needed something fast it certainly isnt for PRICE. So like i said the shop and staff are ok not the best but the manage needs to stop being a child there is no excuse ever for treating customers in the manner he treated me and to be fair he could have asked me to leave the store or refused my business at anytime if my behaviour was anywhere near as bad as he makes out guess what he never did make of that what you will !!

I have made two separate purchases with Computer Orbit and they been fantastic with their communications and speed of delivery. They went the extra mile on the Easter weekend to ensure I got the last piece of my new PC system build in the fastest time possible, that which other PC hardware retailers were not willing to do. I highly recommend this store to anyone that wants excellent customer service with products at good value.

Having noticed two separate orders for a power supply and RTX 4090 they phoned me up to tell me that they could provide the PCI-E 5 version of that same power supply (so no silly adapter) for no extra cost. Very impressive.

This company provides an excellent service

Order and delivery process was all good but the screen does have a few stuck pixels, so not the best experience considering it was quite an expensive monitor (around £400, can't remember exactly).

I found this company quite a while ago and I frequently visit the website just to see what they have in-stock; the website is so clean and nice to be on and information is displayed clearly with a wide selection of stock with competitive prices. I placed my first order tonight as been eyeing up a particular CPU cooler for about a month now, and instead of buying it from one of the bigger companies and considering Computer Orbit is local to me, I thought I would support local business. Whilst this is my first-time ordering and I should have my item on Thursday 6th April, I'm impressed with the website and stock selection with excellent prices. On another note, they allow you to choose your delivery company and have a fair selection of couriers to choose from, meaning you aren't forced to have an unreliable courier; although DPD is always my pick for the reliability and fantastic service; kudos to you guys at Computer Orbit for allowing us to choose. Edit: I received my CPU cooler before 12pm and it was packaged securely; I even got a free pack of haribos - happy days! I'll definitely be shopping here more often for my PC needs :)

My package arrived promptly and in good condition. The new mechanical keyboard was better than expected, less expensive than the manufacturers website, and overall I was very pleased with the selection on the website.

Great selection of keyboards and accessories - went with a Keychron K2 V2 ISO Hot-Swappable Version with Gateron Brown Switches. Computer Orbit was the only website that had this specific keyboard in stock - order came within 2 days of ordering!

My first order from Computer Orbit Ltd, I was looking for a particular Computer Case and they had one in stock. It was very easy to order from their Web Site and I was amazed/very pleased when the case arrived the following day! Faultless service and I would not hesitate to shop with them again!

Excellent service

I ordered the Ducky One 3 full sized keyboard in white at 4pm on the Tuesday, and it arrived with DPD at 3pm on the Wednesday. Amazing service. I didn't pay for next day delivery either. The keyboard itself is fantastic, it's hands down the best keyboard I've ever had. It has so many amazing features that I feel strongly enough to go and review the keyboard itself at Ducky. :)
