The representative I spoke to was willing and capable to answer my questions and to explain how the system works. Certainly the price was right for service! And while we have a cell phone, its nice to have a land line.

We had AT&T. I was so happy when we found this company on line. I called, spoke to the rep, had all our questions answered. The router came a few days later. It was so easy to install. I just love it. We can make long distance calls without being billed for a bunch of BS. I would recommend Community Phone to everyone that needs a land line, that has a cell phone. We love our land line.

I don't really like the fact that my cell phone service with them doesn't have voicemail, but I can live with that since I do have voicemail on my landline service. Other than that, they are a great service provider.

The company were able to give me a landline fast and without any hassle. So far it has worked perfectly.

I find if I haven't used the phone for an extended period of time, I need to unplug the unit to "reboot" it. Otherwise, am satisfied with the service.

Community Phone has been great. I have only had one issue when the box quit working after about a year. I contacted them and they sent a new box immediately. I love that when I moved, all I had to do was unplug the box, bring it with me and plug it in at my new address and I was good to go. Simplicity and great customer service- two rare things these days!
