Works almost too well, dad can easily call using the programmed call buttons and stay in touch with the family.
I had issues with the reliability of my previous provider. Not one incidence since joining Community Phone.
Good service
Does what I need it to do.
Needs more rings before phone message activated, that is, minimum of eight rings
I’m happy to have my land line phone number move with me. However, I miss seeing the name of callers along with their number.. it makes it irritating to decide to answer the phone when it rings.
Good reception
I emailed my problem in. got answered within hours, and followed the instructions given and resolved the problem. No problem!
Always had great home phone service without any problems.
Provide reliable phone service.
Sorry I don’t remember date or details but your representatives have always solved problems and did it with perfection. Live people to talk to is always the best choice, not robots!
have no problems
GOOD SERVICE NEVER OUT OF SERVICE, GREAT RESPONSE TO CALLS THANK YOU!
I never hardly have trouble with them. I had another phone with line but they were AWFUL. Took me three weeks to get rid of that company even though I had this company,.
The only thing that would make her phone service any better would be if she could have her original home phone number 251-633-8818.
Prompt responses when problems; clear and affordable rates; pleasant and responsive personnel..
Community phone has provided a reliable phone for my mother in a nursing home. We used our own phone and set up was very easy. Customer service has been great also,
Community Phone genuinely cares about their customers. As they have continued to grow they have continued to add extra service options that I really like, too. Very happy with the price of their service also.
I never got the check for the landline base. I also shouldn't be charged a restocking fee when I was never given the service I paid for. I hope my contact Alex will get this straightened out.
I wanted a landline in case of power outage due to hurricane. I ordered an old school phone like the one I was familiar with back in the seventies. I’m moderate happy with the phone. Only problem is I can not setup voice mail. I tried to follow the instructions but it says I need to call my number and press talk, call or flash. I tried calling the support line but after waiting half hour I chose the option to receive a call back which never came. The talk, call or flash buttons are not available on my phone. Update 3/27/23 Received call from customer support. Was not able to solve problem. Still don’t have voice mail. Received a follow up phone call from customer support. Voice mail is now up and running. Updated rating to 5 stars.
