I am so pleased with Community Phone . I had so many problems with the phone service before I switched to Community Phone. I was being ripped off and I couldn't get the problems fixed . I certainly got a bill every month but no service. Thank you community phone. I can count on you.
Before Community Phone, I had no connection with the outside world, lol. Thanks to this great service, I now have a phone that allows me to get help if I need it. I am a 60+ widow out in the country with no cell service
Nice to have live customer service with a reasonable wait time. The service rep told me to take the back of the base off to use the reset button, however, such a thing does not appear to exist and there is no way to remove the back from the base.

lAuto pay is easy, and this company's service is far better than Century Link.

My mother has had no issues to date with her Community Phone service so that is good.
Everything went very smoothly. The base unit is easy to set up, and I liked being able to use the phone I already had. Porting my phone number was another plus. Also, the sound quality is good. No problems at all.
