Customer service was immediately available to assist me when I had an issue with my phone. They stuck with me until the issue was resolved. They sent new equipment and before I'd gotten it unboxed, they called to see if I wanted help setting it up. Thank you Community Phone, specifically Luis, for the excellent customer service!

Incredibly easy hook-up for an 84-year-old non tech savvy guy. Been using 2 weeks now and working flawlessly. I switched frm AT&T to get the total scam blocking feature. In 16 days, it has blocked 600 scam calls and not one got throught to my 83-year-old bride, who is really gullible to these calls in her advanced years.

This is the best phone service I have ever had. When it rings, I know it is an important call from a doctor or friend. No more annoying calls that bug me all the time. Trying to sell me something or just all-out lies to make me believe I have won something, then telling me to pay for the taxes or postage. I used to get them so much I hated to answer my phone.

I have exceptional phone service. Had a small problem stopping voice mail service from operating on my phone. But all I had to do was call and the tech I talked to knew exactly how to stop it. Great service!
