Simple to install. Does everything I want and I don’t have to deal with my old provider which has the worst customer service. The young man that helped me get my service and set it up was very helpful and a joy to work with.

I got this phone for my mother, who lives with me,. At some her voicemail greeting changed to Spanish. I could not do any of the steps to change it back to English because it was all in Spanish. It took me four emails and three phone calls before it was finally fixed. There is nothing that explains in English in the documentation or online to fix this. No one was able to adequately explain why it happened. Additionally the phone itself has static in it frequently. The date isn’t 100% accurate when it asked me for it. It was in March and it was in April that I contacted them. The price point is good.

I called C/S because I couldn't log into my account. C/S rep put a request in to fix. I received an email with a link that got me into my account no problem.
Easy to use and reliable
I have had this system for a while and been pretty pleased with it and I kept my OLD phone number,,,However: Lately a lot of input calls have gone to the Temporary Number issued when I first got the system . The greeting they hear is the initial one I set up and then it goes to that voice mail box. It apparently isn't switching to my Home Phone number all the time. Doesn't happen all the time but it's getting annoying. And sometimes in the middle of a conversation, it just goes silent/disconnects and I have to call that party back. Small but irritating glitches. Thats why I can't rate it any higher. UPDATE: After posting this, I got an email and phone call from Community Phone. They got with me and we did some setting changes on my end and their end. The result seems to be that calls coming in now are properly switched to my home phone. Time will tell if this is fixed but I have faith that the problem is solved. I want to thank them for their prompt and courteous response to an aggravating situation. So I will raise my rating to a 5 STAR and be a happy customer. Isaac

From beginning to end everyone I spoke to was nice and helpful. The phone system seemed like a no brainer since landlines are becoming obsolete. My situation changed and I didn’t need a landline anymore but I was impressed how the company was helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating from beginning to end. I would highly recommend this company’s services
