I have some expensive cashmeres. Always always dry clean. Now I have discovered this product for cashmere and silk wash NY I save a fortune. Very simple. Just leave for twenty mins and gently wring out. Really perfect clean now.

I love all of the these products. I simply adore the white tea and mint clothing spritz. It smells amazing and freshens up clothes so brilliantly. I use it in all my garments. I also spray on soft furnishings and my bedding. I even been known to spritz my lingerie drawer .
Very difficult to order with and to set up subscriptions. Staff really helpful and nice. System NOT end user friendly Product great. Just need to sirt out web site and admin C
Love the product, is it correct that the cashmere wash doesn't foam at all? Also...could improve on the cap, It drips down the side of the bottle, leaving a mess

The products arrived promptly and I am delighted with them! They smell wonderful and I am sure they will do the job. Royal Mail did a good job placing my parcel somewhere inconspicuous and popping a note through the door to let me know where to find it. A very important part of the Clothes Doctor service.
I find the website easy to navigate and am able to find the products I want with no difficulty. The ingredients and purpose of the products is clear.
Long delay in receiving product. They were out of stock in some ingredient and sent an email cc to hundreds of customers causing a huge privacy breach! When the products finally arrived they were only half full (perhaps they didn't have enough of the ingredient?). Customer service not very helpful.

Amazing products! I’ve nearly bought all of their items by now. The clothing sprays have become a staple in my weekly routine, perfect for easy maintenance of wool and cashmere. I also love their laundry detergents. The scents of all their products are lovely and uplifting. Ordering is straightforward, and delivery is always fast. I’ve recommended them to everyone I know. Their products are also super handy when you travel. I’ll definitely be buying again. Highly recommend!
