u have to understand that many of your clients don't m ow the forms .it would be wise if you presented your clients with forms instead of form numbers. 2nd you need to answer questions before they are asked .again clients may not know the question to ask .. u need to be more helpful

Extremely efficient way to manage the custom clearance. Very dilligent in all the aspects of the whole process. Will use it all the time

The whole process was a disaster. No phone call to make. Back and forth on email. Multiple requests for what was already executed. You charge my customer almost $700 to release their product which is absurd.

Great service and very simple - cannot fault!!

Clearance/response time was much slower than with clearit.ca, communication wasn't as clear/forthcoming.

Very hard to get in touch, poor customer service. I am considering switching to some who will pick up the phone when I need urgent help.

Haha, you know tonight I was searching to see if I can find another agency to work with incase if clear it failed to help my importing business plan but still saw it as #1 and they are. Staffs are always responsive off course we no one can respond quickly all the time, so wait til they get to you, I’ve been working with them since I guess 2017 or 2018 and they were always helpful and I am not a very smart person but I’ve got the job done through them the key is all you need to do explain exactly what your concern is then you get your answer, they’ve been always polite And helpful, the thing is sometimes it’s a lake of your knowledge like me so you need to figure it out not everything going to fall on you lap, you need to learn how to import and how it works, they are doing what they are supposed to do and a lot of time they go out of their way to help, but it all comes to, come on, you can expect to just lay back and not to be involve with it! If you want to sit back and relax you need to ship your goods door to door purchase so you pay a little more. Anyway, I think they are awesome, and now things are changed and it’s not easy to find a business partner but they are still helpful and a good partner to rely on hopefully some day I’ll be able to appreciate their help more.

I would like to rate when the unit arrive from overseas and all went as planned. But so far, it has been very easy and professional to work with the clearit team.

Super helpful. They stuck with me or hours making sure my equipment cleared customs seamlessly, despite my original paperwork not being 100% correct when originally submitted.

This is my first time using a broker and Clear it has been great helping my through the process.

Never met Leigh, emailed her on Linkedin, and she stepped up and did amazing work to get our test kits thru customs. homeland security, and FDA within 24 hours. Then Jodi got in the mix and she was fabulous.

I have not received my first shipment yet, but so far everything has been perfect. The site and process are straight forward and easy, responses are timely, and fees are reasonable.
