Importing goods is more difficult than I ever imagined. Clearit has no phone number and everything is done by email. It actually worked out great. They were able to get me a better price on ground shipping when my package arrived from China. Don't spend more by doing it yourself. Clearit will make sure every document is covered.

Overall I was pleased with the team, the website could have been a little better/easier to use.

We needed to get our company’s first airfreight shipment cleared through customs and the freight forwarder we have used for our sea freight recommended that we contact Clearit USA to be our customs broker. Using Clearit’s easy to follow website, we uploaded the necessary documents and Clearit cleared our shipment very quickly. Customer service responded very promptly to any questions that we submitted through the online chat. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Very unresponsive to my shipping agent. They would send an email requesting action (e.g., filing ISV) and would hear nothing back. Each time, required me to go into the chat feature to get any action. At the same time, ClearIt didn’t have any problems charging my credit card the second they actually got around to doing the work. Shows where the priorities are.

I am pleased with most of the experience with Clearit. However, the fact that the wrond delivery address was included on the delivery manifest leads me to believe that there may be the possibility of problems once the shipment is in transit. Poor follow-through can lead to confusion on the carrier's route.

Grat Expereience, there is difficult to get someone on phone but chat is great and I was able to find my all answers. Smooth process

they have done a pretty good job - but have failed to prep me for 'typical' costs involved in importing. these customary charges are well known to Clearit, but for some reason they did not feel inclined to share them with me. seems odd as i am paying them to do just that.

Absolutely horrible. No communication. They drag their feet and don’t follow through. Don’t call-you will sit and listen to ringing for 10 min before it hangs up. They are online only, so the live chat is not live. You wait for someone to reply. There is no way to escalate any issues. Stay away! I’m don’t using freightos because I will have to use them again. Never again!

Clearit has been far more helpful than my previous broker, especially with problems that arose on the originating end that were out of our control. They provided far better explanations of the issues, and were extremely helpful correcting the missing paperwork. The crate has not cleared yet, but Clearit has made me confident that it will.
