We lost 2,300$ in storage fees because Clearit was so slow in its new customer onboarding process. It is shocking this company is still in business!

It would be 5 stars if the responses were a little quicker in the onset and the platform was a little more user friendly. But at the end of the day, we received the goods quickly once the initial process was completed...so happy overall!

They did an amazing job! I think their service was very good and professional. The only reason why I didn’t give them 5 stars is because they take forever to answer and didn’t keep me updated more often. Other than that, fantastic.

I will say that Clearit USA did get my package through customs very quickly but it was an uncomfortable experience. Our shipment was handled completely online by what I can only describe as a chatroom of customs agents. I had to repeat certain facts about our shipment multiple times over the course of several hours only have them ask me the same question again. It was frustrating to have to explain to them the difference in certain CFR codes for shipment of our goods several times. I was also under the impression that customs agents would be able to send the package from customs to our offices but they do not provide final destination delivery. I ended up having to go to the airport customs office myself to handle delivery. The quotation I was provided and what was charged was off by $200.00 USD.

Communication is non existent. They said information was missing PAPS but after I sent additional information needed but never received the PAPS

This was not the best experience for our first time employing the services of ClearItUSA.com. It is very difficult to reach anyone. You have entered our product under an absolutely incorrect code. This product has been clearly identified to you as a bakery MIX. You cleared it as 1905.20.50.00, which is a finished gingerbread. This is not a finished, ready-to-eat bakery product. It was clearly explained to you that this is a dry mix to which water and margarine are added and then it is baked. We have paid a heavy duty for something that this is not.

I was importing books printed in China and had no experience, records, or established credentials for importing. I tried to work with an experienced, well-meaning local clearance and shipping company, but eventually simply hit a wall because they didn't want to hold my hand through it all. So ClearIt's crisp, lucid digital interface worked well for me, and the chat function worked amazingly well, aside from one hiatus of about 7 or 8 hours when I heard nothing back on a key issue and fell into a minor panic (soon resolved). So I strongly recommend the service. What you don't get, of course, is the package of clearance and pickup.
