Lousy service. Avoids getting on a call to solve things quickly. Had to pay a delay penalty in the end w customs. Get a proper company better.

Quite possibly the worst custom brokerage company I have worked with the last 6 years. Very unhelpful staff. They led me to believe that I needed paperwork that cost $400 to obtain. I asked them repeatedly if it was completely necessary and I could never get a straight answer out of anyone. I purchased the paper work, however it ended up being a waste of money because I'd didn't need it after all. I wish customer support we're more clear and could have just given me a clear yes or no on that paper work. However, due to the highly confusing and murky explanations it felt like they didn't even know what they were doing. This was not just on one occasion. Every time I need help I had to fight customer support. One example is tariff code classification. I had to repeatedly tell them that my products were classified under different HTS code than what they classified them as. I showed them examples and evidence of it being passed through customs with other brokerage companies but they would not budge. I would highly advise to avoid this company at all costs.

The required documents were not clear. The communication was very poor. It took us very long time to clear custom.

This company billed me twice for shipping broker fee $124.95, which they called my ISF fee, and rebilled it again in my final invoice. The website didn't state my ISF fee was $131.50, but $35. They over billed me, and will not refund me. I liked the service until they charged my card without speaking to me first.

It was really easy setup with Clearit USA. They are very professional and easy to work with.

Clearit helped me process my shipment from China. I had no idea the hoops I would have to jump through and the site was easy to use.

The process was simple but communication is poor. Because of this, my package was delayed and I had to pay $220 in storage fees. Will not use again.

Imports are exempt from MPF (Merchandise Processing Fee) under USMCA. Was charged in spite of having uploaded USMCA Cert of Origin. Just get the runaround when trying to get reimbursed. When I make a mistake, I make it right. Going to get an actual broker. It doesn't really cost more. UPDATE: It's now a week later. Nothing happens. Just a runaround. It's a simple claim. They did not process as USMCA and included exempt charges on the form 7501 that they submitted, even though two previous identical shipments were processed correctly. Stuff happens. It's what you do about it. They do nothing.
