No Long wait on the phone. Spoke to an assistant who had knowledge of the issue and provided a quick fix instead of transferring me between departments.

Engineer came to connect the flat above and managed to disconnect me in the process. I had to cancel an online meeting that had taken ages to arrange. Very frustrating. Otherwise, the service has been ok although some of my devices will not detect the 5GHz connection and it seems like there is no way to connect them manually. Thanks for your reply. The problem is that the engineer said that the connections(?) in the basement were not labelled so it was not possible to tell which ones were live. This leaves me concerned that it could easily happen again. Surely the connections should be labelled? I agree that it was a relatively short outage but unfortunately it was extremely disruptive and if I had not been at home and spotted the problem, it would have needed your engineer to return at some future date to reconnect me. That usually takes much longer.

It’s so refreshing to have a human touch. Easily accessible friendly and professional staff. I felt like a valued customer not just another number of a large mega corporation. Broadband is lighting fast and stable with minimal latency. Also I moved into a flat and as promised on the morning of the day i moved in I had fully signal. One week in and it is great. 100% recommend these guys so far!

I signed up a year ago giving a new name a chance in my area, 1000/1000. Getting setup there was lack of comms, no clear date of install or service per early reviews, once contacted them things moved, but you shouldn't need to do this as a new customer. Once connected, first few months everything was pretty good, no interruptions so no complaints really. Every few months since I'd have a random few hours where the connections dead/gone. I'd be troubleshooting, reboot router, plug cables back in, spending hour or two of my own time - only to be told next day there was an outage or system maintenance. First time I thought okay, I gave feedback they should have a status page or email if customers are affected, so we are not left in dark and unclear. Second time, no comms Third time, no comms Unfortunately comms is only good when you contact clear fibre, and nothing proactive is done. In two years before I was with BT, I never had one interruption or outage, I only left as price went up a lot. I referred people to clear fibre early on, they've had similar issues or outages, I've decided to leave them afyer one year. Shortest I've ever had an ISP and I've been through a fair few. I'd say 3/5 represents them, and being in the bottom 5 ISPs by rating on trust pilot sadly sounds about right.

Initial router didn’t work but WhatsApp chat service good and promptly sent replacement. Internet itself is average & struggles when multiple people work from home on calls

The operative who worked on the installation was very efficiently proficient, clean and speedy and Emma was brilliant the following day when I couldn't get some of my programmes. She was patient and so professional to me, an old lady!!!
