Poor connectivity in 2 rooms. And outage a couple of times in the last few months.

The service is not to bad as regards wooed. But as soon as more than one device is being used it really slows down. But my main problem is you will not take payment on Direct Debit.

Clearfibre is a scam, they don’t have contract exit fee with a terrible network. If you’re in a contract with them you have to hold till the end or pay for unused months. AVOID

Installation went without a hitch, the wiring is practically invisible! Since then we've had 900Mb up/down most of the time (small dips during the early evening as you'd expect) and zero downtime. I don't think I could go back to 'normal' Internet. Downloading 100gb games, whole TV series etc in a measure of minutes instead if hours and days us incredible.

Please make it flexible to suspend and reconnect to your service. Instead of fixed. If I travel out of town for extended period

Pay for 1000mbps get speeds as low as 15mbps never above 100, sent engineers out who didn’t fix the problem but also were late and left us without internet for over an hour during work despite being told it would be a 10 minute appointment

Great and quick set up of internet. Good competitive prices and deals. Great customer service, quick resolution of problems. After almost 2 months of use haven’t noticed any problems with the internet and its speeds.

I’m using this service in my block of flats, with a router in the cupboard. I’ve got multiple devices connected over Wi-Fi and Ethernet. This is without doubt the fastest service I’ve ever had. No dropouts or lags, extremely low latency, great uptime and very reliable. I’m very pleased with it so far.

Sent us a welcome offer but never received the discount. More expensive than the previous provider they took over (telcom). Cut out so many holes in the public corridors, looks an absolute mess, still waiting for them to be painted over

After service was turned on I couldn't connect to it. Turns out I was using my account password rather than the router network key. Agent took my information and got back to me shortly thereafter with solution and all's well now.
