Paying for 500MBPS to get at most 35 but more like 8-10 on evenings, i have sent 30 emails and calls just to recieve the same scripted answer. It seems others at SOYO are having the same issue, horrible company with horrible infrastructre.

The worst of the worst. I belive there should be some legal charges I can press regarding what I am paying for and what I get. Paying for a 500mbps but mostly only get less than 10mbps, gets worse during evening drops to as low as 1mbps, can't literally open a simple html web page. Occasionally I will get up to maybe 100mbps but that will only last a few minutes and then it's back to less than 10 I have called the customer care, my call logs shows over 20 calls, yet they seem to read out the same rehearsed script to me every single time. Please if anyone know what legal grounds I can take kindly advise I am being frustrated by this. I advise anyone who's considering using their service to stay away.

Just had clearfibre installed in our apartment after it was installed in our building a while ago. The engineer Kev was incredible. So polite and explained everything he would need to do, also gave my husband a call to tell us his ETA. Made him a brew and left him to it. It took max an hour and 45 mins. He even had to work around the lack of plug sockets in our hallway and drill through into our spare room which was no problem. Minus the new router attached to the wall you'd never know anything had been done. Kev even hoovered up after himself. 10/10 for the installation. So far so good. Internet is incredibly fast to connect and download/upload speeds are great! Much better than our previous provider. Up to press we are incredibly happy with the service.

We ordered and arranged in advance so that when we arrived at our new home, the WiFi would be up and running. We got there and the router doesn’t even work and another one needed to be ordered - made ordering in advance pointless.

Unfortunately they couldn't resolve the issue with the absence of wi fi connection and, they were trying to dodge from the questions, answering only indirectly. Now, I'm considering switching to EE

Used WhatsApp for any queries and they responded quickly within working hours. Placed an order and booked the appointment. Engineer JJ came; installation was professional and straightforward. He explained the 5g and 2.4g clearly and left a tidy set up behind. Very pleased with his attendance and would recommend ClearFibre to anyone looking at wifi packages.

I’m extremely happy with ClearFiber’s home Wi-Fi service. It’s been almost a month since it was installed in our flat. Initially, there was a disruption just two days after installation due to an existing issue with the building’s fiber connection. I raised a complaint, and ClearFiber promptly resolved it by replacing the faulty fiber. Nathan, from their team, was incredibly helpful in coordinating the engineer’s visit and ensuring the issue was resolved as quickly as possible. Although there was a brief disruption for a few days after installation, I was compensated with 50% off a month’s charge, which I greatly appreciate. Since the restoration, the Wi-Fi has been working flawlessly. The speed is excellent—always as advertised—and the service is very reasonably priced. I highly recommend ClearFiber to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable home internet connection.

I have had one of the worst customer support experiences of my life. I placed my order last Friday, 29/11, and this is a clear fibre area with their router pre-wired. Now, a week later, customer care is saying they need to send an engineer onsite to investigate the problem, and they can't provide me with an estimated time of arrival. It seems that Clear Fibre's customer care only addresses the issue when I follow up. It appears they are not focused on running a successful business with satisfied customers.

When first moving in and setting up the Internet I had lots of problems with the connection dropping out. Customer services were amazing and sent me a new router which arrived the next morning. The connection is now absolutely fine and I'm happy with the service I'm receiving.
