Speed of service provision was excellent, ordered on 28/12 up and running on the 29th. Speed provided compared to the claimed 250 down 250 up, not so good. I'm getting < 150 down and around 70 up. No reply yet to my query as to why this may be (although it is the holiday period). I obtain these speeds whether my VPN is active or not. I switched to the 5GHz connection and my speeds are now 175 down 70 up, still nowhere near the purported rate. It's not congestion, as my laptop is the only device connected to the 5GHz network. There's about a 15dBm difference in signal strength between the 2.4 & 5 bands, but that's to be expected. Even standing right in front of the ClearFibre box, with a signal strength of -31dBm I still only get 195 & 70. Edit: I shut down all programs except the Speed Test and got 244 & 202. Guess it depends what you have running. I'll up the rating to 4*.

I’ve been paying for my package for at least a week but haven’t been given my password so have been unable to use what I’m paying for, and have been hung up on multiple times when have tried to get through to their team (even moreso their weekend staff).

My broadband speeds were down and after a quick call, Clearfibre sent a team over within a day or so and, despite some technical issues, the two chaps who came to my home were determined to resolve my problem. They did this, were courteous and respectful of my home and I couldn't be happier.
My internet has been slowing down lately.

I didn’t originally sign up with Clearfibre but moved automatically when it became part of my previous provider telcom. We experienced an issue at installation when a water pipe disconnected to install the router caused a leak in the flat, and since then the service has unfortunately been much less fast than before. It slows significantly when multiple devices are used and won’t work with a number of smart home products that previously operated fine with the old supplier, so I can’t recommend it.
My internet speed is terrible since I transferred to you, it makes it so hard to work from home or watch tv, it’s shockingly bad 😔
