Really good machine, wand was cheaply made, spray trigger was VERY,VERY cheap and flimsy, will need upgrade. Strong extraction motors.

I ordered the CleanFreak 17" floor buffer and received it 4 days later, very fast delivery. Thus far it's a great machine and runs very smooth. I may add the spray buff unit to it.

Nice products, very fast shipping

I ordered 3 times from CleanFreak.com for my carpet cleaning business. My first order was placed with items missing when I checked out which would've resulted in me paying extra shipping. Jessica was very helpful and was able to quickly process my refund so I could submit the correct order. My second order was placed correctly, however the vendor was VERY delayed on the manufacture of their machines. This lead to communication issues between the manufacturer and CleanFreak which made it difficult to communicate to me the ETA of the delivery. I ended up having to cancel my order 8 weeks later so I could place an order for an in stock machine. This lead to issues in processing the refund for the items that were not shipped. The refund was processed quickly but incorrectly. Despite this, a quick email to explain I was missing part of the refund, and the remainder was refunded to me. The third order was for a buffer only to hopefully accomplish what the previous two orders should have. I can not say enough how awesome this order went. I ordered the buffer for a good price, paid a little higher on shipping than I wanted, however the shipping was VERY fast and the machine was delivered best freight the next week (roughly 4 business days). Despite the intial trouble, I am so pleased with the final order as I heard this is how its supposed to go from other CleanFreak customers. I am very happy with the service and assistance throughout the entire process, and will order from CleanFreak again when I need to restock my supplies. Big thanks to Jessica and Kathryn for their patience, responsiveness, and excellent assistance through the process.

placed order,had to have payment right ten,paid then only after i paid and waited 2 weeks and emails i got answer it was going to ship in a mo or so.

Not as sturdy as I was expecting and one came in broken. I emailed and didn't hear back so I had to call. Still waiting on a replacement.

The heater came broken so I am still waiting on a part to be shipped. I hope to change the three star to a five star once I get it working.
