Everything was handled professionally. She helped me to order the right machine and pads needed for our floors. Still waiting on brush that was backordered but am very happy with the service.
The machine is quite heavy, it needs weights for dry stripping, it is hard to control when the stripper in on the floor and the solution sprays out the sides onto the wall. I am very happy with the machine though.
The unit arrived on time and well packaged. Getting it up and running wasn't too much trouble. It's been operating well although I still think I'll need to power wash the floors occassionally.

Love this cleaner. It really works and has the power I need to clean. I do wish you had samples to try out with my machine. I clean a vets office, surgery room, kennels and front lobby. I do not want to waste money on a case if it does not work on orders.

All good except freight company partially destroyed the pallet so getting it into the building was a challenge.
