Don’t ask for a review if you can’t supply the product. I am not looking to leave a bad review but you are asking me to supply one by emailing me. I bought a product. It does not say it’s not available for 4 months. Information is given that you might take a little longer but most items are shipped with in ten business days. It cost me thousands of dollars that I did not receive the product I ordered. It was fully refunded after I called. It said nothing about not being available for four months. I got refunded but I had to turn down jobs because I didn’t have the machine. I ended up ordering it on amazon but I lost many jobs because of it. If you can’t ship the product don’t offer it. Certainly don’t charge a credit card if they won’t have it available for months.

This scrubber was delivered timely and easy to setup and use. Works great in my farm shop getting the dust off the floor. Cord was not troublesome during use just worked away from the outlet and it was never really in the way
So, the machine works great. Great heat, great general functionality. The accessories are a disaster. The cheap pressure hose literally came loose of the fitting in its first ten minutes of use. The wand is equally cheap, essentially the lowest quality wand available and not very functional. So be prepared to shell out another $500 to get a proper hose and usable upholstery tool. The reality is, everybody is going to send you fairly garbage accessories, so I’m still pretty happy with the value and function of the purchase, but it’s good to be aware of what’s coming.
